The Little Rabbit and the Moon
One night, a little rabbit was hopping around in the garden. He looked up at the sky and saw a big round moon. The moon seemed so close that the little rabbit thought he could touch it.
"I want to catch the moon!" said the little rabbit. He jumped as high as he could, but he couldn't reach the moon. Then he tried again and again, but every time he jumped, the moon just stayed far away.
A wise old owl was watching the little rabbit from a nearby tree. "Why do you keep jumping?" asked the owl.
"I want to catch the moon," replied the little rabbit.
"But the moon is very far away," said the owl. "It's not something you can catch."
The little rabbit stopped jumping and sat down. He looked at the moon again and realized that it was beautiful to watch, even if he couldn't touch it.
From that day on, the little rabbit enjoyed looking at the moon every night, knowing that it was a special part of the night sky.
